The Global Mental Health Collective is a  Global initiative, creating and cultivating a global information network platform within the mental healthcare space. The collective supports the development of an online space dedicated to knowledge exchange and dissemination  facilitated by The Mind Research Foundation and promoted via the Lappy Connect Network. 

Our from-the-ground-up, comprehensive 360 degree view of the space of Mental Health is designed to unite all in the Journey of Transforming Conversations around Mental Health, crossing geographic, socioeconomic and functional boundaries, increasing credible information access and making help accessible.

THE AFFECTED

Discussing about not feeling okay mentally is still a difficult thing to do. We however want to reaffirm that people are not defined by their state of mind; but by the journey to wellness you embrace. The Mental Health Collective  can help you navigate through any challenges you encounter on your journey, by providing a comprehensive, integrated platform centered around you which you can use to minimize the isolation you encounter every day (at least in your mind).

ADVOCACY

MHC’s mission to “ Make Mental Health Matter” aligns perfectly with the work of Mental Health advocates. Collaborations between entities including Mental Healthcare professionals, providers,, Academic Institutions and Non-profits will provide a wellspring of people-centric connections. 

SUPPORTERS & VOLUNTEERS

Mental Health  is perhaps one of the most stigmatized field  around the world, but the best way to combat fear is with Credible Information , Hope and Love. Join the movement with The Global Mental Health Collective to stand for your loved ones when they cannot stand  for themselves.

PRACTITIONERS

GMHC is creating partnerships with small and large Mental Health Practitioners. We plan to collaborate by understanding their mission and how it fits best on our established platform, focusing on creating a framework that will streamline our collective processes, enabling, empowering and bringing visibility to all calls to action within our respective missions.

ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS

Students can utilize the GMHC Platform to plan supporting events and reach out to the community at large, communicating university-based accomplishments through public engagements and publications to constituent groups and enhancing and strengthening relations of corporate partners with the University. GMHC will also sponsor a Student Exchange Program, which will encourage productive, mutually beneficial collaborations between international faculty and students representing Partner international universities and research organizations, while promoting health and well-being of students, improving intercultural dialogues and strengthening the educational impact of these opportunities.

GOVERNMENTS

GMHC will propel our Global initiative through the guidance and leadership of governments worldwide, building frameworks for Mental health-related government projects on native soil, strengthening and empowering communities around these government initiatives, fighting together to provide solutions and create innovations.

Users of the platform will be able to more easily consolidate, integrate and process information, which will result in clean and timely communication. This in turn will streamline critical information flow and empower patients and survivors while increasing patient-centric effectivity of all entities in the space such Content Creation and Product Development will drive GMHC’s growth moving forward, generating efforts to improve patient lives worldwide and mobilize all those who answer to call to action to Make Mental Health Matter Globally!
