While Stress can be both positive and negative, too much negative stress can hinder productivity and performance.
To help students perform better and to the best of their potential, Sarvodaya National Public School organized a workshop on Mindful Examination Approach.
The Mind Research Foundation was very happy to extend its expertise, tips and insight to the students of 10th standard preparing for their Board Exams on various topics like Study and relaxation Techniques, Time Management, Exercises to increase concentration and Memory, Tips to be Mindful etc.
As advocates of Adolescent well-being,we believe that every awareness session creates a sense of purpose and can go a long way in reaching out to adolescents to approach life more positively and balance emotions and pressure.
